Ownership

The Marks, our app icon, our site and app design, and our original product photography are owned by POOJA KE PHOOL. They are protected by trademark, copyright and related laws in India. Use of the Marks does not transfer any ownership or licence to you except as expressly stated on this page.

What you may do

• Refer to Phul by name in a review, article, social media post or link to our site or app, as long as it's accurate and doesn't suggest we endorsed or sponsored you.
• Use a screenshot of our site or app to illustrate your own order or experience with us.

What you may not do

• Use the Marks, or anything confusingly similar to them, in your own business name, domain name, app name, social media handle, packaging or advertising.
• Copy our logo, app icon, site design or product photography for commercial reuse, resale listings, or a competing product or service.
• Use the Marks in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by POOJA KE PHOOL where none exists.
• Modify, distort or combine the logo with other marks or imagery.

Third-party marks

Names, logos and marks belonging to our payment gateway partner, delivery and mapping providers, and platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, appear on our site and app only to identify those services (for example, a "Pay with UPI" button or a "Download on the App Store" badge). They remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement of Phul by those companies, nor endorsement of them by us.

Reporting misuse

If you see the Phul name, logo or app design being used elsewhere in a way that seems unauthorised, misleading or infringing — including a fake app listing, lookalike website or copied packaging — please tell us at pujakephool@outlook.com or 8767176211. We reserve the right to take enforcement action, including legal action, against unauthorised use of our Marks.
