We deliver fresh flowers, garlands and torans ourselves using our own riders. We do not ship by courier, and we do not deliver outside our service area.
Phul currently delivers only within Nagpur, Maharashtra — approximately 25 km around the city centre. If your address falls outside this area, checkout will tell you before you place the order rather than after.

Please drop an accurate map pin when saving your address. Flowers are time-sensitive and a precise location is what lets the rider reach you quickly.
Orders are packed each morning and delivered the same day. Where a delivery slot is offered at checkout, we deliver within that slot. You can also schedule an order for a future date — useful for pujas, weddings and housewarmings.
Festival days are our busiest. During major festivals delivery can run later than usual, and we recommend ordering a day ahead.
A delivery charge of ₹30.00 applies per order unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscription and alternate-day plans may carry a different rate, which is always shown on the order summary before you pay.
Once a rider starts your delivery you can watch their live location on a map from your order page, and you will receive notifications as the status changes.
For security, the rider will ask for the 6-digit OTP shown on your order page. Please share it only when your order is actually in your hands. The rider also records a photograph of the delivered parcel.
If nobody is available to receive the order, our rider will attempt to contact you on the phone number saved with the address. Undelivered perishable orders cannot be re-attempted the same day.
