These terms govern your use of this website and mobile app, and any order you place with POOJA KE PHOOL ("Phul", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using it.
Please keep your delivery address, map pin and phone number accurate — a wrong address is the most common reason a perishable order fails.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and packaging charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Flowers are natural products. Exact shade, bloom size, stem count and overall appearance vary by season, weather and daily market supply. Product photographs are indicative, not an exact guarantee.
Stock is limited and can sell out during the day. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will contact you and refund that item in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious mistake, with a full refund.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where the address is outside our service area, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
We accept cash on delivery, UPI paid to the rider on delivery, online prepaid payment through our payment gateway partner, and — where you have an approved account — Khata credit.
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. An order is treated as paid only once the gateway confirms the payment to us directly.
Khata credit is a running account settled periodically against a limit we set. We may adjust or withdraw a credit limit at our discretion.
We deliver only within Nagpur. Delivery timing, charges and the OTP handover process are set out in our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic and festival demand.
Because flowers are perishable, cancellation and refund rights are time-limited. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Do not use this site or app to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may suspend accounts that do.
We take responsibility for delivering what you ordered, in good condition, within our service area. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The Phul name, logo, site content and product photography belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. See our Trademark Notice for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
