This policy explains what personal data POOJA KE PHOOL ("Phul") collects when you use our website or mobile app, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Delivery addresses — including the map coordinates you set when you drop a pin. We need these to reach your door.
- Order and payment records — what you ordered, when, the amount, and the payment method. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials; those go directly to our payment gateway partner.
- Location data — for delivery riders only, and only while an assigned delivery is in progress, so that you can track your order live. Rider tracking stops when the delivery completes.
- Technical data — basic device, browser and error information used to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To take payment for, prepare and deliver your orders.
- To show you live delivery tracking and order updates.
- To provide customer support, handle refunds and maintain your Khata account.
- To send service messages about your orders. Marketing messages are separate and you can switch them off at any time in your notification preferences.
- To detect fraud and keep accounts secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:
- Our delivery riders — your name, delivery address and phone number for the order they are delivering.
- Our payment gateway partner — to process online payments securely.
- Communication providers — to send order emails, SMS, WhatsApp or push notifications.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Live delivery tracking points are automatically deleted after 30 days — they are only needed while an order is in progress.
Security
Access to customer data is restricted by role, sessions are protected with signed tokens that we can revoke, and traffic to our site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat address and order data as sensitive and limit who can see it.
Your choices
- View and edit your addresses and profile at any time in My account.
- Turn marketing notifications on or off in your notification preferences, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Location permission is controlled by your device and can be withdrawn at any time in your phone's settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing pujakephool@outlook.com. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure basic performance. We do not use them to build advertising profiles or sell data to advertisers.
Children
Our service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
